How to Attract Abundance from the Universe

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the ability to attract abundance from the Universe. I truly believe that one must be careful about the energy that you put out, because if you know anything about physics, energy rebounds and it can and often does come back to you in ways that you aren’t even aware of most of the time.  And because of this, I’ve come to realize that good fortune, abundant health, love and finance don’t come to us by accident. We call them forth with our thoughts, actions and intentions.

We all have had days where one thing after another goes wrong, or we feel like we just missed out on an opportunity and we usually assign blame to someone or something other than ourselves. But the reality is we just may have our own subconscious mind to blame.

If we’re honest with ourselves, we have to acknowledge that all too often, there are some old, limited and toxic belief systems that are hiding out in our subconscious mind and are in all actuality, running the show of our lives. Think about it like this: when you’re only focusing on your current state of being unsatisfied about what you want but don’t have, of what you have but don’t want, then you will in fact receive more of the same. But, perhaps by merely thinking of yourself as having joy and abundance, you will start the process to make it reality and begin attract the right resources and people to you.

Sometimes in the midst of life’s chaos it’s hard to “see” the many opportunities being given to us. But the universe is always offering signs to guide us on our journey, we just gotta slow down and pay attention.

The truth is, no one but you can provide you with the answers regarding what it takes for you to be “happy”. You have to be willing to take a minute to tune in to yourself and listen to the voice inside. It will tell you what you need to know, and direct you on your path.
